At your appointment at Skinlogic Med Spa, Medical Director Evelyn Spieker & Dr. Cherly Yokoyama will ask you about your goals for your face. They will ask you to move your face so that they can study how the underlying muscles change your skin to form wrinkles. And she uses years of experience and injection skill to customize your injections to take years off your face without giving you the Red Carpet freeze look. Pre & Post Treatment Instructions
Before Treatment – Seattle Botox
- Avoid alcohol 24 hours before treatment.
- Avoid anti-inflammatories (Ibuprofen, Advil, Motrin, Aleve, Vioxx), Aspirin, and Vitamin E one week prior to treatment. This will reduce the possible side effects of bruising and swelling in the area of treatment.
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
After Treatment – Seattle Botox
- Do not lie down for 3-4 hours following treatment.
- Do facial exercises in the area of treatment up to an hour following treatment.
- Avoid massaging the treatment area.
- *Most patients see an improvement in the treatment area within 3-7 days.
- *The effects of BOTOX® Cosmetic last 4-6 months.
- Injection intervals should be no more frequent than every 4 months.

* Please note that all of our injectables services have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place with no exceptions. The fee is $50 for neuromodulators and $100 for filler cancellations or is charged if a client just gets a consultation with the injectors and not a treatment. We do have a $150 minimum charge for botox or dysport.
